IT’S EASY TO TRANSFER TO THE AGENT REFERRAL CENTER!!!
1. Let your Broker-in-Charge know that you will be transferring out of their office.
2. Call or email The Agent Referral Center to let us know you will be joining us. We will need your home address to forward your new license.
3. Go online to the SC Real Estate Commission's website at www.LLR.state.sc.us/pol/rec and transfer. It's that simple!
4. When we receive your new license from the Real Estate Commission, we will forward it to you along with our invoice for our $75 membership fee. (That's why we NEED your address!)
5. If you have problems with the transfer online, you can contact us and we can mail or email you a form to transfer.
